Join Sacred Moon Grove at the enchanting Bates Farm in Decatur, AL for our first Beltane event!! Bates Farm is a privately-owned, fantasy-themed haven that spans 44 acres, with nearly half of them forested! It is just 8 miles from the Beltline, a world away from the bustling limits of Decatur, Alabama.

This is one of our two biggest events of the year, the other being Mabon Market. We will have a Maypole, Dancing, Drumming, a Bonfire, public ritual, workshops, vendors, outdoor games, hiking, camping, and more.

We will celebrate with a very small select group of vendors, dancing, drumming, a bonfire, games, a zip line, and shaded picnic tables. Bring your camp chairs and canopies, drums, musical instruments, and more for a fun-filled day on the gorgeous Bates Farm!

Admission is free, though donations are appreciated. All attendees must sign a liability waiver upon entering the grounds. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Camping: Camp sites are $30/night. We will be releasing more info on how to book a camping spot, and a map with the areas

you're able to camp soon!

Hiking: There are 44 acres to explore with a stream, multiple hiking trails, plenty of wildflowers and fruit trees. It includes a glow trail for a fun night hike with solar powered rocks, flowers, and vines lighting the trail.
